Jill Van Otten Cosmetics: Seaside, Florida, United States; Jill has worked and trained with celebrity makeup artists Frank Toscan, founder of MAC cosmetics, Laura Mercier and Bobby Brown to name a few. Jill has developed her own line of makeup, Jill Van Otten Cosmetics, which is currently being sold at Rolland's Beauty Bar in Seaside, Florida. Jill developed a passion for the art of makeup when she began a modelling career in New York City at the age of 14. She traveled the world working as a Los Angeles based model spending years with photographers, stylist and makeup artists, developing a keen eye for the perfect photo. This experience has proven to be the most valuable of all giving her the talent to excel in her career whether in editorial work, ad campaigns or fashion shows.
